IF YOU LOVE THE COUNTRYSIDE THEN YOU’LL FIND SO MUCH INSPIRATION FROM THIS FARM ELOPEMENT WEDDING!

Nothing prepared us in the event industry when it came to handling weddings during a pandemic. BUT the positivity is starting to out weigh the negatives. Couple's are continuing to get married but instead of 200 some guests they are faced with far less people. Most are deciding to elope on their original dates and then party later with all their friends. I AM HERE FOR THIS! Why? Because couples are turning to places that mean something to them and having the most important people around them. Not worried about all the extras and enjoying every little second. Plus I wont lie, It gives a chance to get even more photos of them together. Meghan and Kevin rearranged their day ( and their barn) so they could have a very romantic and rustic wedding on their property in Nebraska with little strung up lanterns, burlap & eucalyptus everywhere.

GETTING HITCHED

The ceremony took place in the barn, and was lit by little lights, which was lovely. The ceremony included beautiful, teary eyed vows read by the bride and groom. - but also so sweetly funny and had us all laughing with tears in our eyes. SO MUCH LOVE!

After the ceremony, The couple walked back down the aisle and chose to make a celebratory toast to all their guests, and then roll right into their first dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and a garter toss that turned into the groom getting 'ICED'. - He full on accepted that challenge with a matter of seconds the Smirnoff was gone! The weather at this rustic + romantic farm elopement was a bit drizzly, but didn't put a damper on moods. I love me some overcast sky and deep colors. This always make for some amazing images.

THE LAST PART

Not your typical wedding which was A OKAY with us. There was no way I was leaving without Meghan + Kevin loving on their sweet alpacas + donkey and me capturing those moments. Hopefully this also planted a seed into Earl's head because I must have an alpaca one day! haha. He says no know but ya'll I caught him taking selfies with them!

This isn't the exact ending to their day with another continuation of a party coming up in August. So I'll fill the blanks in once we get to hang with these two again. - another positive note, we get to hang with this crew again!

Testimonial

“You guys were awesome. We were headed into this day with high stress having to finish building our house, plan our revised wedding during a quarantine & we just weren’t super sure how the weather would work out. But you guys got here, we popped bottles & it was easy going. You guys helped navigate the awkward family photos, herded cats, I mean wedding party ppl, & helped love the show along when we needed it. Super looking forward to working together again. Minus the pandemic :).”

I loved this rustic + romantic farm elopement brought out by covid 19 so much. If you’re getting married and shit hits the fan because of something like covid, or heck maybe you don't want a huge wedding- CONTACT YA GIRL!
